5 Ingredient Vegan Banana Bread Recipe 

If you’re looking for an easy, healthy vegan treat, this 5-ingredient banana bread is perfect. With simple ingredients, it’s both delicious and guilt-free.

Ingredients:

  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 1 ½ cups oat flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • ½ cup non-dairy milk

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mash the bananas in a bowl.
  3. Add oat flour, baking soda, maple syrup, and non-dairy milk. Mix until smooth.
  4. Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
  5. Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. Let cool before slicing and enjoying.

Special Note:

For a richer flavor, try adding a teaspoon of vanilla extract or a handful of vegan chocolate chips. This banana bread can also be stored in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days or frozen for longer storage.
