- Prepare Wet: Almond milk of your choice (my favorite), almond butter (seriously the creamiest combo for that perfect fudge texture in these no-bake bars), maple syrup measured perfectly, and splashy vanilla.
- Combine the dry ingredients. Stay undermixed.
- Place a nonstick skillet pan over medium heat and spray with cooking oil.
- Each pancake will be 1/4 of a cup.
- Let cook until bubbles on the surface and edges set, about 2-3 minutes per side.
